This Saturday was a perfect day for a walk at Sioux City's oldest cemetery. 🪦 Thank you to the over 200 people who walked the grounds with us during our two sessions of Sioux City True Crime: Stories Beneath the Stone at Floyd cemetery. We loved diving into the fascinating (and sometimes chilling) chapters of our local history alongside such a curious crowd. Thank you for braving the historic paths and helping us keep these forgotten stories alive.

We hope you will join us for our next True Crime talk at the Library - Sensational Stories: Murder, Mystery, and Mayhem on Tuesday, October 20, 6pm at the Aalfs Downtowntown Library. More info here: https://www.facebook.com/share/1J6B3VVNDH/

Who Would Win?: T-Rex vs. Velociraptor
Review by Kiya and a Kid Reader

All of 'The Who Would Win' series books are THE BEST! Such interesting match-ups, facts, and the battles always seem to have a twist that both inform and entertain! LOVE Jerry Pallottas books and wish he would write one hundred more!

Thank you Kiya and your kid reader for this amazing review! Sioux City Public Library readers of all ages can write reviews as a part of our Book Review Challenge on Beanstack. Check the reviews and see which books other Sioux City Public Library patrons enjoyed (or didn’t enjoy) and leave your own for a chance to win prizes!
