Union Gospel Mission Sioux Falls Love God and Love People "Caring for the needs of the community with compassion while sharing the hope of Jesus Christ."

The Mission ministers to men, women, and children; young, old and all races. Every person is different and so is every situation. No person is denied services based on race, creed, gender, disability or national origin. We offer: shelter, food, clothing for those in need, along with providing confidence and stability, education and health services to those in need. In addition, we offer chapel everyday at 7PM. Visit our website to learn more about our programs. Please consider how you will partner with the Mission to change a life. Your support of UGM allows us to partner together and provide nutritious meals, safe shelter from the elements, and numerous other services as we care for the hungry and homeless. Hope can begin with a warm meal, a safe place to rest, or someone who takes the time to listen. 💛

At Union Gospel Mission Sioux Falls, we have the privilege of meeting everyday needs while sharing the love and hope found in Jesus Christ. Every person who walks through our doors matters.

Thank you to the volunteers, donors, and prayer partners who help make this ministry possible. Your kindness helps remind our neighbors that they are seen, valued, and loved.

44 students. 4 teachers. 4 projects. So much to be thankful for! 💙

A huge thank-you to the volunteers from Sioux Falls Lutheran School for their amazing help at Union Gospel Mission! These students and teachers split into four groups to tackle different projects, and each team did a fantastic job.

We’re grateful for the time, energy, and care you shared with the Mission. Thank you for putting your faith into action and showing love through service! 🙌

🎃 PAINT DONATIONS NEEDED! 🎨
We have plenty of pumpkins ready for some creativity—now we just need the paint! 🧡
We’re looking for new OR used paints so the kids at the Union Gospel Mission can have some fun painting and decorating pumpkins this fall.
🎨 Acrylic, washable, craft, or tempera paints are all welcome!
🚫 Please no oil-based paints.
🖌️ Paintbrushes would also be greatly appreciated!
Have half-used bottles of craft paint sitting around at home? We’d be happy to put them to good use! Every donation helps us create a fun fall activity for the kids we serve.
Thank you for helping us make special memories for our kids! 🎃🍂❤️

💛 THANK YOU! 💛

Our door and windows are officially fixed! 🙌

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who donated, shared our need, prayed for us, and supported the Union Gospel Mission. Because of your generosity, we were able to get these repairs taken care of and continue providing a safe and welcoming place for those we serve.

From all of us at the Union Gospel Mission, thank you for standing with us!

🇺🇸 We Remember. We Honor. We Pray.
Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the first responders, service members, families, and countless others whose lives were forever changed.
Twenty-five years later, we remember the courage shown in the midst of tragedy and the way people came together to serve, sacrifice, and care for one another.
At the Union Gospel Mission, we are grateful for those who continue to faithfully serve our communities and our country.
Today, we pray for our nation, for the families who still carry the weight of that day, and for the peace and hope that can only be found in Jesus Christ.
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1
🇺🇸 We will never forget.
