We’ve been busy bees out at the Ranch! 🍯🐝

The wait is over! Our McCrossan Horse Shoe Honey has officially been harvested, bottled, and is ready to make its way to your pantry! 🐝

From the hive to the bottle, it’s been a sweet learning experience for our boys, and staff too!

Ready to bring home a little sweetness? Stop by the McCrossan Visitor Center Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m., to pick up your very own bottle!

Employee Milestone – Scott Henderson! 🎉

We’re so grateful to have Scott as part of the McCrossan family! As our Foodservice Manager, Scott does so much more than keep the kitchen running. He brings fresh ideas, looks for ways to improve, and creates opportunities for our boys to learn valuable job skills when they help in the kitchen.

Scott, thank you for the care and dedication you bring to the Ranch each day and for the impact you make on our boys and staff. Congratulations on 1 year, Scott! We’re so glad you’re part of the team! 💚

🏃‍♂️ What a season for our Wranglers! 💚

From showing up to practice ready to work to setting goals and pushing themselves to reach new personal bests, our cross-country team had an incredible season! Every athlete finished the Region Meet with a personal best on the toughest course of the season, a true reflection of their hard work, determination, and growth.

We are so proud of the effort each runner put in this season and all they accomplished along the way! 🎉

Congratulations to the entire team on an amazing season. Your hard work paid off, and we can't wait to cheer Willow on at state!

Celebrating 1 Year Back at the Ranch! 🎉

Once part of the Ranch family, always part of the Ranch family! After previously working and raising his family at McCrossan Boys Ranch, Michael Christiansen returned in October 2025 and hit the ground running.

Michael believes in second chances, looks for the positives, and is always willing to step up for our boys and staff. His heart for the mission shines through in all he does!

Michael, we’re so grateful to have you back as part of the Ranch family. Thank you for all you do to help us give new hope for a better life! 💚
