The bulk water station located at Javine and Phillips is currently down and unavailable for use.

We are waiting on a replacement card reader to arrive from the factory. The station will be back up and running as soon as the new card reader is received and installed.

Customers with a Barnsdall address may be experiencing low water pressure or a complete loss of water service due to a break in the water distribution line.

Contractors are currently working to repair the line, and water service will be restored as soon as possible.

Water Service Update

Customers west of Skiatook may be experiencing low water pressure or no water due to an issue with a pump station.

The pump station issue has now been resolved. The water tower is currently refilling, and water service should be restored over the next few hours.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while the system returns to normal. Thank you!

🚨 WATER SERVICE INTERRUPTION NOTICE

All Barnsdall customers past the pump station will be without water at this time. An electrical pole outside the pump station has caught fire, causing the interruption.

Our crews are working to address the situation and restore water service as quickly as possible.

NOTICE OF WATER OUTAGE

Osage County Rural Water District #15 customers with a Barnsdall address are advised that a temporary water outage is scheduled for Wednesday, July 8, 2026, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

The outage is necessary to allow contractors to tie in the new water line along Highway 11.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as these important system improvements are completed. Water service will be restored as soon as the work is finished.
