I have spent years studying John F. Kennedy’s speeches, policies, and approach to leadership. What has stayed with me most is his call to look beyond political divisions and recognize our responsibility to one another.
That is the kind of leadership I believe in: bringing people together, finding common ground, and working toward a future where everyone has a fair chance. We can disagree and still move forward together. Fairness should be an expectation, and serving people should always be the purpose.
