Our next storytime all about playing is tomorrow, Thursday, October 22, at 10:00 a.m. We’ll see you then!

Ever wonder how people actually end up in their careers? Come find out over pizza!

Teens! Join us for a casual conversation with local professionals who'll share their career paths, the in's and out's of their jobs, the twists and turns along the way, and what they wish they'd known at your age. Ask your questions and get real answers. Maybe you'll discover a path you hadn't considered!

Take a look at the front of the library and you'll spot something new: a window mural featuring children reading beneath trees made of books, installed by Magic Murals in Smithfield.

It's a little reminder that, here, curiosity has room to grow.

You'll find it on our windows facing Market Street, right beside Market Street Commons Park. Next time you are downtown, stop by and check it out.
