So, over the years in ministry, I’ve sat with so many Christians who were hurting, discouraged, ashamed, weary, or simply trying to make sense of life and faith.

Those conversations changed me, and they became a big part of why I wrote He and Me. I poured my heart into this book because I deeply want people to know that the Holy Spirit is not distant or merely theological—He is personal, present, and relational in the places where we struggle most.

My hope is that this book helps someone feel seen, encouraged, and drawn into a deeper relationship with Him.
