You have walked beside me, covered me in prayer, and shown up for my family. You’ve been a sister, an intercessor, a road runner, and a helping hand more times than I can count. You wear so many hats, but the blessing I treasure most is being able to call you FRIEND. 💕

State of Metro Atlanta Health 2026: ARCHI invites healthcare professionals, community advocates, funders, and regional leaders to the State of Metro Atlanta Health symposium on Friday, November 6, from 8:30 AM – 1 PM at the Loudermilk Conference Center. The half-day convening will explore regional health data, persistent health inequities, and cross-sector strategies to address root causes of poor health, including housing, workforce development, and care coordination. RedRover Relief Safe Escape Grant Program: Helps families with pets safely escape domestic violence together. Funding is primarily provided to help cover the cost of up to 45 days of pet boarding while a survivor is in a domestic violence shelter, though other boarding-related costs, such as vaccinations, can also be considered.

Biopharmaceutical company invests $2 billion in Gwinnett County: UCB has dedicated the future site of its new biologics manufacturing campus at Rowen in Gwinnett County, a key step in its planned $2 billion investment. A meaningful milestone for Genesis Outreach, Inc.! 💛

Yesterday, our organization and founder, Dr. Shunte’ Howze, received a Georgia House of Representatives resolution recognizing and commending our service to children, youth, and families.

Since 2006, Genesis Outreach has worked to strengthen families, meet critical needs, and help individuals move toward stability and opportunity. We are humbled to see this mission recognized.

Thank you to State Representative Doreen Carter for this honor, retired State Senator Gloria Butler for her legacy of bringing people together, and Dr. Osman for recommending Dr. Howze for this recognition.

To every volunteer, donor, community partner, family member, and friend who has supported this work: THANK YOU. Whether you joined us yesterday or sent your love and well wishes, your support means so much.

Most of all, thank you to the children and families who allow us to serve you. Your trust is a privilege we hold close.
