Community Partnership Sponsorship Opportunity
Halloween in the Forest
Furnace Town Historic Site
Friday, October 17 | 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Dear Community Partner,
Furnace Town Historic Site is excited to invite your business or organization to become a sponsor for our annual Halloween in the Forest event by sponsoring one of our historic buildings.
Last year, we welcomed more than 800 attendees, and we anticipate an even larger crowd this year. This family-friendly event provides a wonderful opportunity to connect with local families while supporting a beloved community tradition.
As a building sponsor, we ask that your group:
Staff one designated historic building from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Provide and hand out enough candy for the duration of the event.
(Optional) Offer promotional giveaways or treats in addition to candy.
Decorate your assigned building with your own decorations, signage, banners, or advertisements—or use decorations provided by Furnace Town. Creative lighting and festive displays are encouraged!
Costumes are encouraged but not required.
This is a fun and engaging way to showcase your business or organization while helping create a memorable experience for hundreds of children and families in our community.
If you are interested in sponsoring a building, please contact us to reserve your location. Building assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Sites available:
Spin House
Blacksmith Shop
Museum
Weave house
Print shop
School house
If your organization is interested in supporting Halloween in the Forest but is unable to sponsor a building, we also welcome monetary contributions and candy donations. Your generosity helps us provide treats, activities, and a memorable experience for the families who attend this community event each year.
Thank you for considering partnering with Furnace Town Historic Site. Your support helps make Halloween in the Forest a safe, fun, and successful event for our community.
We look forward to celebrating with you!
Sincerely,
Furnace Town Historic Site
