WELCOME BACK, COBRAS!
We hope all our Cobra families enjoyed a restful Fall Break! As we prepare to welcome students back tomorrow, Monday, October 19, we ask parents and guardians to help their children get ready for a successful start to Quarter 2.
A Few Back-to-School Reminders:
Clean and organize backpacks: Remove unnecessary items, trash, and anything that does not belong at school. Replenish school supplies: Ensure students have pencils, paper, notebooks, and other essential classroom materials. Review pending forms: Check for any school documents, technology agreements, or forms that still need to be signed and returned. Prepare uniform: Ensure our Cobras have their school uniform ready including their lanyard and school ID.
As we enter Quarter 2, all students, including our 7th graders, have had an opportunity to learn and practice our campus expectations, procedures, and routines. We encourage families to take a few minutes to revisit school expectations with their children. Our Student Handbook is available on our school and district websites for reference.
Upon returning, our teachers and staff will also take time to reinforce classroom expectations and schoolwide norms. Our goal is simple: Spend more time focused on learning, growing, and celebrating student success and less time addressing preventable disciplinary concerns.
Thank you, Cobra families, for your continued partnership and support. We look forward to seeing our students back on campus tomorrow!
