🏗️⚽ BUILDING THE FUTURE OF SBCSC ATHLETICS!

Our 4th–5th grade programs set the foundation by introducing students to sports and developing fundamental skills.

6th grade is our Framing Year, bridging the gap between elementary and middle school athletics through continued development and more structured training.

⚽ FIRST UP: 6TH GRADE FUTSAL!

We're excited to strengthen our soccer athletic pathway, building on terrific performances of John Adams High School/John Adams Eagles who had two teams ranked in the top 30 this year the goal is built a bigger pool of student athletes that feed into all of our programs and to have a program in the top 15 by 2030.

🤼 THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING YOUTH WRESTLING SHOWCASE! 🤼

A huge thank you to all the coaches who helped make last night's SBCSC Youth Wrestling Showcase a success!

A special thank you to Jackson Middle School for hosting and to Coaches Kolat and Rivera for their support in helping the event run smoothly.

We also want to give a BIG shoutout to the South Bend Wrestling Club, led by the night's MC, Coach Flatt, for their continued commitment to growing youth wrestling in our community!

We appreciate everyone who continues to invest their time and energy into creating opportunities for our young student-athletes!

🤼 SBCSC YOUTH WRESTLING SHOWCASE & PATHWAYS PROGRAMS!

Our SBCSC Youth Wrestling Showcase is coming up on October 15 at Jackson Middle School (6-8pm)!

A huge thank you to Coaches Flatt, DeArmond, Forrester, Ellis, Rivera, Kolat, Howard, and everyone else who has helped support and grow our Youth Wrestling Pathways Program. Your dedication is creating opportunities for the next generation of student-athletes!

🏆 SO, WHAT ARE SBCSC PATHWAYS PROGRAMS?

Our Pathways Programs are designed to connect elementary athletics with middle and high school sports, creating a true K–12 athletic experience!

Unlike varsity elementary sports, where students represent their individual schools, Pathways Programs bring students together based on the high school they will eventually attend.

For example, students from west-side elementary schools come together through the Washington Pathway, practicing at Washington High School or another designated location.

OUR MAIN GOALS

-Grow the Game: Introduce new sports, strengthen existing programs, and expand opportunities for students.

-Build a K–12 Connection: Create a stronger athletic pathway from elementary through high school.

-Bring Schools Together: Give students opportunities to play alongside peers from other schools, build friendships, and connect with future teammates.
