Update: All electrical service was restored yesterday evening around 6:40 PM. All Fiberspring service was restored throughout the night and into this morning. Thank you again to our crews for working through the night to get service restored to everyone and to our customers for your patience!

We are currently experiencing a small electrical outage and large Fiberspring outage in the Old Lyman Rd/Lyman Terrace area due to a large fallen tree.

Our crews are arriving to the scene to assess the damage and put together a restoration plan, we appreciate your patience as we work to get this resolved.

Restoration Update!

Electric service has been restored to all affected customers!

Our Fiberspring team continues working on restoration efforts. The damage that occurred required rehanging fiber and now splicing that new fiber which is a tedious task that requires quite some time to complete. We anticipate fiber to come back on throughout the night as our team progresses with their restoration efforts with all customers being restored by the morning.

We appreciate your patience as our teams continue to work to get all services restored!

We are currently experiencing an electric and Fiberspring outage in the Amherst Rd area due to a large downed tree. This outage is expected to last for several hours are the damage and impact to our distribution systems is extensive.

Today completed our 4th year of the Summer intern program with South Hadley High School!

We were lucky to have Dawson join us this Summer to shadow a variety of Departments to truly understand the in and outs of how a municipal electric company operates - he was a pleasure to have around the office for the last few months.

We wish Dawson well as he enters Senior year tomorrow!

Good Morning South Hadley!

We are currently experiencing an electric outage that is affecting the Old Lyman Rd and New Ludlow Rd area due to a tree that is on fire.

All of our crews are on site and addressing the issue. We expect the outage to last for about 3 hours while our crews safely resolve the issue.

We appreciate your patience as our crews works as quickly and safely as possible to get electric service restored.

We do not anticipate any disruption to your service as a result of this maintenance. However, out of an abundance of caution, we wanted to give you advance notice in the unlikely event that you experience a brief interruption.
