🍝 Let’s talk Chicken Riggies! 🌶️

Did you know Chicken Riggies are a Central New York favorite? This delicious dish is most closely associated with the Utica-Rome area and became popular in local Italian-American restaurants. “Riggies” is short for rigatoni, and the classic dish combines chicken, rigatoni, peppers, and a creamy tomato sauce-with plenty of variations depending on who’s making it!

Chicken Riggies are definitely one of my favorite meals-creamy, a little spicy, and SO tasty!

❄️ Design Your Own Winter Landscape! ❄️

Join us at Otselic Valley Public Library on December 14 at 5:00 PM for a cozy winter crafting evening! Create your own beautiful winter landscape nestled inside a glass cloche, terrarium or bowl with your own creative touches to make it uniquely yours. It’s the perfect way to welcome the winter season and create a lovely decoration for your home!

Cost: $25 per person

Registration is required! Please sign up by October 30th. To reserve your spot, email [email protected].
