Who’s ready for a Raffle?!?

Poplar is doing a raffle fundraiser to raise money to continue to update our safety equipment, hand tools, and water supply resources. We will be hosting an event at Poplar Golf Course on November 7th @ 6pm. If you are interested in getting a ticket please reach out to the dept. We only have 100 tickets available to sell.

For our October training, we teamed up with a few people from Poplar Fire and met at Lakeside Towing for vehicle extrication training. While we didn't have patients in the vehicles, we used our extrication tools to cut the vehicles to get the "patient" out explaining what we would do to protect the patient and how we would get them out.

Thank you to Lakeside Towing for providing the vehicles for our training. We are truly grateful for your partnership with our training nights and when you are called for service to our scenes.

Hey you! It's almost time for our fall fundraiser! We cordially invite you to join us Saturday, October 24, 2026. We will have spaghetti for dinner beginning at 5:00 pm, served by our wonderful auxiliary. Followed by bingo at 7:00 pm. Then around 8:45 pm, we will draw for the chinese auction prizes (need not be present to win), with the finale being drawing for our raffle ticket prizes (again, need not be present to win).

When: Saturday, October 24, 2026
