FREE NARCAN TRAINING — LEARN HOW TO SAVE A LIFE!

Would you know what to do if someone experienced an opioid overdose? Learning to recognize the signs and respond quickly could make all the difference.

Join us at Southgate Asher School for a FREE Narcan Training Class!

What will you learn?
How to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose
How to administer Narcan (naloxone)
How Narcan can reverse an opioid overdose when given in time

The training covers overdoses involving opioids, including he**in, fentanyl, and prescription opioid medications.
Participants will receive a rescue kit upon completion of the class!

One of our GED students recently stepped up to help a fellow student in need by donating a bicycle to make getting to and from school a little easier. And thanks to the generosity of the donor's family, the gift included a helmet and bike lock, too! đź’™

For someone working hard to reach their educational goals, having reliable transportation can make a world of difference. Sometimes, it's the little acts of kindness that make the biggest impact.

We're so grateful to have students and families in our community who look out for one another. This is what Asher school is all about!

Have you always wanted to learn Italian? Now’s your chance! Our Beginning Italian Language Class is a great way to learn the basics in a fun and welcoming environment.
Classes start on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 5:30pm. These classes are virtual, which means you can join from wherever you are!

Want to feel more confident creating and working with spreadsheets? Our Excel class is a great opportunity to build practical skills you can use at work, at home, or in school. Classes begin Thursday, September 10th at 6:30 PM for the 4-week class.

You’ll learn how to:

Build basic spreadsheets
Create and use formulas
Sort and filter information
Create charts and graphs
Work with templates
