Art 1 is getting weird in the best possible way! Today, our students tackled the Exquisite Co**se drawing game. One person draws the head, folds the paper, and passes it on without the next person seeing what came before. The results? Endless laughs and some wonderfully bizarre creature combinations!

Mrs. Fleck’s honors anatomy students used tortillas to “spot” the difference in "moles" to learn how to identify potential cancerous spots and practice the ABCDEs of skin cancer (quick guide used to identify early signs of melanoma). When living in southern Alabama, these are important skills for everyone to have!

🎨 Art Room Makeover! 🛠️

Huge thank you to Spanish Fort Public School Commission for funding butcher-block tables for our art room!

These amazing tables come in a variety of heights and are on casters, which gives us total flexibility for seating and table layouts to meet any project or workspace need!

Also, a big shout-out to Jacob Braswell and Landen Fuller for helping to assemble these work spaces!

🧩It’s never too early to prepare for the ACT! 📚
Mrs. Hyde’s Biology students are putting their science knowledge to the test with a fun, fast-paced puzzle challenge! Teams race to match the correct answers and piece together their puzzles while reviewing important science concepts for the ACT. This engaging activity was provided by HudsonAlpha after Mrs. Hyde attended a training with them earlier this month! Learning, teamwork, and a little friendly competition—all while getting a head start on ACT prep! 🧠🎯
