💚 988 Day, coming up on September 8th, is a reminder that a little encouragement can go a long way.

Today, AppHealthCare staff are spreading hope throughout Sparta by sharing positive and encouraging messages in chalk around town. 🌈✨

Mental health and su***de prevention are priorities for our Community Health team, and we’re committed to building a community where people feel supported, connected and reminded that they are not alone.

Messages like “You matter,” “Keep going,” and “You are not alone” can be a small reminder to someone who may be having a difficult day that support is available.

This is a collaborative effort with Alleghany Lives! active community engagement team, a local group focused on improving mental health outcomes and reducing su***de in the county.
