Our kindergarten students have been working hard learning their letters. Last week, they showed off some of what they have learned at the "Kindergarten ABC Fashion Show." Students shared their name, their favorite letter, and one word that begins with that letter. They did a great job making their stage debuts!

The meal for today (10/22) will be the menu previously scheduled for yesterday, hot dogs, baked beans, and broccoli with dip. Tomorrow's menu will be the originally scheduled Friday menu, popcorn chicken.

Exiting Student Collection Open for 2026 Graduates

Ohio’s education system is dedicated to preparing students for future success. To better understand what students go on to do after high school, the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce has developed an exiting student follow-up data collection to meet requirements in federal and state law.

As you may have seen from the recent release, Ohio School Report Cards are publishing additional data on a variety of report-only measures, which will include the post-high school paths of graduates and non-graduates from districts and schools across Ohio. The data will include enrollment in two- and four-year postsecondary education institutions, participation in registered apprenticeships, military enlistment, and employment information. Eventually, the report card will contain information on post-graduate “gainful employment.”

If you are the parent or guardian of a 2026 Spencerville graduate or the graduate yourself, please take a few minutes to let us know what your student (or you) are doing now.
