🎉 Smiley Jar Celebration! 🎉

Mrs. Allen’s 4th grade class earned a class party for filling up their Smiley Jar! 😊💛

They voted on how they wanted to celebrate and chose to spend some creative time creating with friends or working on their own! ✨

Students exchanged their tickets for items and had so many fun choices—from a claw machine 🕹️, bookmarks 📚, mini paper stars ⭐, and temporary tattoos 🌈 to creating their very own handmade books 📖!

So many smiles, creativity, and fun! 💛🎉 Way to go, 4th grade—you earned it! 👏

Our teachers are working hard through PLID as a Northwest Feeder Pattern to create intentional planning time with grade-level teams and specialists from Balboa, Browne, Indian Trail, Linwood, Madison, Ridgeview, Westview, and Woodridge. This collaborative time allows educators to share resources, align instruction, and thoughtfully plan for Cycle 2 to ensure consistency and coherence in learning experiences across our schools.

These positions are supported in part by the local Educational Programs and Operations levy, which helps to fund academic programs, services, and student activities and athletics that are not funded by the state. GUESS WHO'S BACK!!!!!!

🎃🍬 **The Candy Monster is HUNGRY!** 🍬🎃

Help us get ready for our **Teach-or-Treat Spooktacular** on **Friday, October 30, from 5:30–8:00 PM** by donating **wrapped candy or small trinkets** for our trick-or-treat stations!

👻 **Our schoolwide goal: 200 pounds of donations (wrapped candy and small trinkets)!**
If our Browne Bears reach our **200-pound goal**, the students will earn the chance to play a **TRICK on our principals, Mrs. Gran and Mrs. Crabtree!** 🎉😆

🧡 **Starting tomorrow**, families can:
🍭 Feed the **Candy Monster** on the blacktop before or after school on designated collection days.

🍬 Or send donations with your student and have them give them to their teacher—we'll make sure they make it to the Candy Monster!
Every donation helps make Teach-or-Treat a fun and memorable night for our Browne Bears. Let's feed the Candy Monster, reach our goal, and earn that principal prank! 🐻🎃
