If you'd like to donate in support of local wildfire relief, these are some of the grassroots organizations in Spokane doing great work to provide essential resources for the community!

Feast World Kitchen has been serving meals for people impacted by the fires. You can make donations through their website, feastworldkitchen.org.

Nuestras Raíces Centro Comunitario has a clothing bank and is organizing community meals. The next is on Tuesday.

Splat CoOp will be hosting a donation drive during their First Friday event on August 7, 5-8 pm, at 319 S Cedar Street. This will be in collaboration with M.A.S.S., Foray for The Arts, Lunarium, Heads Up Portrait Club, and others!

Global Neighborhood Thrift will begin collecting clothing donations tomorrow, August 3.

Project Beauty Share is seeking donations of hygiene supplies for distribution.

The local zine community continues to blossom, and we love seeing it in full bloom at Spokane Zine Fest! 🌼

Many thanks to Sharma, Dana, Eva, and all of the lovely staff at Spokane Public Library who made the festival and zine history display possible, to all of the tablers and workshop facilitators, and to everyone who donated zines for our library! We’re always excited to add your creations to our shelves for the community.

A cooperative print media shop is coming to downtown Spokane very soon! SPLAT (Small Press Local Artists Together) is opening a consignment shop inside of the Milk Bottle at 319 S Cedar Street, adjacent to The Blue Door Theatre. They'll have art prints, zines, stickers, and other DIY printed materials. Learn more about Splat CoOp and how to get involved during their grand opening on Saturday, January 31, 12-5pm!
