The Spokane Parks Foundation is celebrating our 75th Anniversary with FREE carrousel rides 🎠 Everyone is invited to enjoy a free ride on the historic Looff Carrousel in Riverfront Park on Thursday, October 15th, from 2 pm to 4 pm 🎠

The Looff Carousel opened in Riverfront Park in 1975, after years in storage following the closure of its first home, Natatorium Park, in 1967 🎠

Nowadays, the original 54 horses, one giraffe, one tiger, and two chariot benches welcome over 300,000 riders every year 🎠🎠🎠

Spooky scenes are popping up all over Downtown Spokane this Halloween 👻! On Saturday, October 31, track down each scene and solve a riddle to earn a bag full of fall goodies from the Gesa Credit Union booth at the Rotary Fountain. 🍂🍬

Grab your Spo-Candy Worksheet, available at the Gesa Credit Union Booth or the Looff Carrousel, and hunt for 10 spooky scenes. Each scene hides a clue to help you crack the big riddle 🔍.

Once you’ve solved it, bring your completed worksheet back to the Gesa Credit Union booth at the Rotary Fountain in Riverfront Park to claim your treats. 🎃

Set up your booth beneath the twinkling LED canopy of the iconic Gesa Pavilion in our cozy, heated clear-top tent, inside the Lobby, or outdoors.

🎨 Local artisans & makers - $100 per day ($50 discount if attending all 4 dates)

The City of Spokane has issued a notice of funding availability, seeking applications for Spokane Tourism and Cultural Investment (TACI) grants. These grants are available to organizations that enhance Spokane’s tourism and cultural scene. Applications are due by Thursday, Oct. 15, at 5 p.m.
