Principal Appreciation Month: Leading with Heart!
One of the many things we appreciate about Mrs. Bratton is that she understands life outside of school matters, too! She values work-life balance, encourages us to put family first, and reminds us that taking care of ourselves and our loved ones is just as important as taking care of our campus.
A leader who supports her staff not only as educators and coworkers, but as people with families and lives beyond these walls, is truly special. Thank you, Mrs. Bratton, for leading with compassion, understanding, and a heart that puts people first!

Davenport High School lacks academic and career and technical education (CTE) space, and CTE space is limited relative to student demand districtwide. Bond 2026 will add CTE space at Davenport High School and improve CTE spaces. For more information on Bond 2026, visit www.comalisdbond.org.

We asked our students what they love most about Mrs. Bratton, and their answers say it all! They love that she interacts with students, is super nice, is always out in the hallways making sure everyone is behaving, and is someone they feel comfortable approaching.
