Utility Bills for your July - September 2026 usage were sent out October 1, 2026 and are due October 30, 2026. If you are unable to meet the due date, your payment should include the applicable late fee outlined on your quarterly bill.

The City accepts the following forms of payment:
-Cash
-Check (personal or cashier's)
-Credit / Debit cards (carries a convenience fee)
-Money order

You can pay your bill in person or via phone, Monday - Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM. You can also view / pay your bill online anytime using the following link:

There is also a drop box located outside the City Hall entrance that is available to residents 24/7. This secure drop box is video monitored for your peace of mind and designed to make it easier for you to submit your payments safely & conveniently.

🚧 OVERNIGHT ROAD CLOSURE – SOUTHBOUND HIGHWAY 65

Southbound State Highway 65 will be closed at County Road 10 from 10:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 30 until 5:00 a.m. Thursday, October 1 for bridge repair work.

Drivers should follow the posted detour and allow extra travel time overnight.

MnDOT’s established detour for southbound Highway 65 closures in this area uses County Road 10, University Avenue/Highway 47, and I-694 before returning to Highway 65.

Please plan ahead and use caution near the work zone.

🚧 2026 Street Improvements – Paving Update

Paving for the City of Spring Lake Park’s 2026 Street Improvements Project is scheduled to begin Thursday, September 24, weather permitting, and is expected to be completed on Friday, September 25.

If weather prevents paving on Thursday, the contractor anticipates completing the work on Monday and Tuesday, September 28–29.

The project includes improvements to:
• Plaza Boulevard
• Theorin Place
• Center Drive
• Sunset Road
• A portion of the TH-10 Frontage Road

Minor street maintenance work is also planned on 83rd Avenue and Westwood Road.

Residents and property owners should continue to have access to their properties during most of the work, although there may be short periods when access is temporarily limited while crews are paving.
