I recently taught a class titled Managing Stress at CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Conroe. The consulting service that creates my classes for me said laughing cures many illnesses we experience each day! Watch this video and share it with your friends. The Veterans Festival will take place this year at the Montgomery County Fair grounds in June. I'll keep you posted on the exact date and time. Last years festival was amazing and looking forward to a bigger and better event in 2022. # humancare

Our incredible team was up early getting our meals ready for our homebound seniors this morning. And what better on a chilly day than cottage pie! YUM! Thanks to our awesome staff and generous volunteers, our more fragile neighbors will have a warm and tasty meal today!
