When will YOU help REIGN IN THE COURT? We have Critical Mass! 162 bills in 38 states were actionable (so far) in 2012 sessions, challenging the Federal health reforms. That's how many States it takes for a Constitutional Amendment to be approved!
Also, 46 States in 2012 have pending/passed bills and resolutions pertaining to Immigration. Critical Mass. It just needs to get organized.
Folks, we are no longer living free. The Bill of Rights, the Constitution itself, and the Court has been taken over by those who want absolute power over you and me. As As long as the Court is unchecked, this won't stop. Think about everything going on around you. The time to act is now...we've waited too long...is it too late? Let's hope not.
What Can You Do? Visit the site below. Find where the opportunities are and START CALLING Your State Legislators, Sec'y of State, and Governors. THEY NEED TO TAKE ACTION TO PROTECT THEIR STATES FROM WASHINGTON.

HAVE WE HAD ENOUGH? ISN'T IT TIME TO REIGN IN THE COURT?
The Supreme Court eviscerated 2/3 of the Arizona immigration law, but mandated AZ check arrestee's immigration status before they are released. The Administration immediately moved those requests to the bottom of the ICE priority list and provided a Federal Gov phone number for any arrestee to call if they think they have been treated unfairly. The Administration is intent on finding opportunities to sue, to prevent AZ from following the only part of the law the Court left intact. And this was ENABLED BY A BAD RULING BY THE COURT.
Notify your friends and contact your State public officials. The ONLY way the States can protect themselves from Washington is to band together, as States. Thinking that we "just have to elect the right politicians" can't work. Anyone going to Washington wants to DO something. That means CONTROL something. That means TAKING authority from the States and from the citizenry. Look where that has gotten us!
The Court was formed to be a check on the other two Branches, and to protect the Constitution, which was written to protect the States and citizenry. But they are in Washington to CONTROL and there is NO CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISION TO BLOCK A BAD RULING FROM THE COURT.
If you are a Patriot, if you love your country, you owe it to yourself and to your children to prevent us from becoming the country that we fought in the American Revolution to remove ourselves from tyranny.
Help Enable States to VETO THE COURT!
