📅 Fri. Oct. 30th, 10am-2pm in the Earl Elliott Room
🧑🏾‍⚕️ The Harris Health Troubleshooters will be offering free flu, COVID-19, and other vaccines to kids.
Walk-ins only (no registration). No limit on number of kids per family.

In honor of this past National Banned Books Week, we’re throwing it back to our first Library Show.

In August we held a benefit concert for to help stock their little free libraries. With great support from our wonderful patrons, we collected over one hundred banned books that evening!

Also, much love to our local musicians for their performances and to for keeping us fueled.

The Barbara Bush Branch Library is excited to host Challenge Island – Cypress!
This program brings hands-on STEM fun to the community. Through creative, team-based challenges, children will explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math in an engaging and interactive environment. Our programs encourage creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, and imagination while making learning fun for all.
Space and supplies are limited, so please register.
This is an elementary school-aged program (kids ages 5-12)

The Barbara Bush Library Friends are accepting donations on behalf of Hearts of Rescue.

Help provide clean clothes or hygiene items to our unhoused neighbors. Donations accepted at the door!

*Ages 18+. Minors are welcome if accompanied by a parent or guardian.*
