💜 Empowering the next generation, one opportunity at a time!

Last night, our Dress for Success Northwest Arkansas team had the honor of leading an interactive workshop for the Independent Living Class at CASA of Northwest Arkansas CASA of Northwest Arkansas

If you’re unfamiliar with CASA, this incredible organization advocates for children and youth in the foster care system, helping ensure their voices are heard and their needs are met as they navigate challenging circumstances.

During our workshop, we connected with teens to explore what entering the workforce might look like, from landing their very first job to understanding workplace expectations, building confidence, and discovering their unique strengths.

We believe career readiness starts long before someone fills out their first application. It starts with helping young people recognize their potential and imagine what’s possible for their futures. 💜

We’re grateful for community partners like CASA who are investing in the next generation and allowing us to be part of that journey!

Moving into your first home is a big deal! For kids who have experienced frequent moves and instability, this can be an especially exciting (and scary!) milestone.

At CASA, we want to make sure young people moving into independence have the support they need, and we're thakful to our friends at the Kappa Alpha Theta Alumnae group for joining with us in this work! Their donation of household goods like dishes and kitchen essentials will give our CASA youth a jump start turning their first houses into homes.
