LifeStar Ambulance is offering $10,000 reward for information, leading to evidence regarding the unjust suspension and removal efforts against LifeStar Ambulance Service, Inc. (SPRINGFIELD ONLY) DIVISION within the Memorial EMS system.
LifeStar Ambulance Service, Inc. (JACKSONVILLE OPERATION AND BASE) is NOT affected by this decision.
LifeStar Ambulance Service, Inc has serviced these two (2) locations since 1988 until a complaint filed on or about August 18, 2025.
NO other issues PRIOR to this date were EVER reported to management.
We are seeking truthful, documented information from individuals with direct knowledge of actions, communications decisions, or conduct that may have contributed to unfair treatment, exclusion or improper processes involving our Springfield agency.
