Through our Springfield and Holyoke pantries, our goal is to make sure that no-one in our community goes hungry.

A family shouldn't have to make the choice between which basic needs to provide.

No one should have to take on debt to put food on the table.

As reported in the The New York Times, United Way’s 211 data shows requests for food assistance rose at least 20% last year in multiple states. Behind those requests are people making difficult choices to meet basic needs.

United Way and the 211 network connect people to local resources, including food assistance. If you or someone you know needs support, call 211.

What a day! 📸 Yesterday we officially opened the doors to the Nonprofit Resource Center at Tech Hub, and these are a few of our favorite moments.

From the packed room for the press conference, to conversations that kept going long after, the energy said it all: Western Mass nonprofits are ready to connect, learn, and grow together.

Thank you to Tech Foundry, the MassMutual Foundation, The Irene E. & George A. Davis Foundation and everyone who came out to celebrate the first dedicated space for nonprofit capacity support in our region. The Center offers free mentoring, training, consulting, and peer support for nonprofits across Western Mass.

Missed the opening? It’s not too late to get involved. Email us at [email protected] to learn more!

We're excited to announce our CEO, Megan Moynihan, will be part of the Leadership Panel at this year’s UpNext Summit! Many of our staff are attending as Young Professional Society of Greater Springfield members as well, and we can't wait to hear from the panelists and make some new connections!

This year’s conversation, The Courage to Have the Conversation, is all about the conversations leaders tend to avoid — tough feedback, performance issues, disagreements, and the moments when speaking up isn’t always easy, but matters.

Megan will be joining fellow leaders from across Western Massachusetts to share real experiences, lessons learned, and how we can all get a little more comfortable having the conversations that move people and organizations forward

Your experience could be the thing a local nonprofit needs most. đź’ˇ

The Nonprofit Resource Center at the TechHub Springfield is launching Thursday and we're always recruiting experts and practitioners to share their skills with nonprofits across Western Mass.

Whether your strength is finance, HR, fundraising, marketing, governance, tech, or strategy, YOU can make a real difference through mentoring, training, consulting, or peer support.

An expansion of United Way's Community Leadership Connect program, the Center is developed in collaboration with TechFoundry and backed by the MassMutual Foundation and The Irene E. & George A. Davis Foundation.

You don't need a title to be here. You just need something to share.
