🏀⚽ Help shape the future of youth sports in Illinois.

The Illinois Youth Sport Commission wants to hear from people across the state about youth sport access, barriers, and opportunities.

Whether you’re a parent or caregiver, coach, educator, youth participant, community partner – or someone who cares about opportunities for young people – your perspective can help inform the commission’s work to expand equitable, safe, and developmentally supportive youth sport opportunities.

The statewide survey takes about eight minutes to complete.
