Global Impact students in grades 5-12 are invited to participate in the 2026-27 DAR American History Video Contest sponsored locally by the Lagonda DAR Chapter. Students will create an original video of up to three minutes exploring the first public reading of the Declaration of Independence for grades 5-8 or a figure from the Revolutionary Era for grades 9-12. Entries are due Oct. 25, 2026, and must follow the contest’s requirements for original student work, resources and submission materials.
