Fall Junk Collection ends on October 31! 🗑

Springfield residents, there's just one week left to set out your items for the city's Fall Junk Collection. Remember, loose or small items must be bagged for collection.

Please note: hazardous waste, construction materials, tires, and home improvement materials will not be collected.

The Highlands Disc Golf Course at J. Travis Price Park will be closed tomorrow, Saturday, October 24, for the Midwest Tennessee State Disc Golf Crawl Series Strong Side Disc Golf.

Springfield Parks and Recreation’s Youth Soccer League participants recently gathered at The Center to celebrate the end of another successful season!

The banquet was generously sponsored by Grace Baptist Church, which provided meals and door prizes, and sent a team of volunteers to serve players and their families. BJ the DJ was also on-site to keep everyone entertained!

A heartfelt thank you to Grace Baptist Church for their generosity, and to all the coaches, players, and parents who made this season such a success!

Home Uplift provides an average of $10,000 in free home energy upgrades to income-eligible customers. New or repaired HVAC units, attic and wall insulation, appliances, and electric water heaters. These are just a few of the home energy upgrades that you may receive through Home Uplift.
