Thankfully, the rain stopped this afternoon, the sun came out, and our XC teams put on another impressive performance. There were too many exciting things happening to remember to take many pictures.

Rayna K. and Emmy G. both earned top 10 medals. Mary M., Julija F., and Aurora G. all earned top 20 finishes to tie our best girls’ team score of the season.

Three Bulldog boys earned top 10 medals- Jude H., Kevin S., and Augustin W. Ben D. rounded out the team score, and Ethan B. kicked it to earn the tiebreaker spot. The boys had their lowest team score yet!

Thanks to Ms. McIntyre and Mrs. Curry for coming to cheer on our runners today!
We’ll be out on the course one last time next week to make up our heat postponed race and to send off our awesome 8th graders. ❤️🐾

It was another successful afternoon for our XC runners! They know how to show up and chase goals.

Emmy G. led the girls’ team today, with Julija F., Kinsley F., Aurora G., and Mary M. all running in tight pack right behind her. They are such an awesome bunch who push each other to be better.

Jude H. and Kevin S. both earned top ten medals, while Augustin W. and Ben D. both finished in the top 20 for an impressive team score. Ryan P. had his best finish of the season to be our tiebreaker. Stay tuned for when we find out how they placed as a team next week… it was their best team score this season.

Shout out to Evie W. who has cut more than two minutes off her time since the first race!! Thanks to Ms. McIntyre for making the time to come cheer on our teams today. Also, thanks to the Hollenbeck runner friends we made today who cheered on our teams! You reminded us of what’s great about middle school.

Look at our Bulldog! Lexi sets such an example of great character for all of us. Way to go, Lexi!
