 Today's Disaster Exercise was a fantastic success! We sincerely thank everyone who participated or supported us. A wealth of valuable information was shared to help everyone better prepare for emergencies. Here's a quick recap below.

Congratulations to Officer Sterling Jones DSN 437 on being selected as the April 2026 Officer of the Month.
Officer Jones has demonstrated considerable value to the BFO through consistent performance in production, enforcement, and timely completion of all reports in accordance with departmental standards.
As a newcomer to the department, Officer Jones has shown a commendable eagerness and willingness to learn. He aspires to expand his knowledge and responsibilities as he progresses within the NCPC.

At the North County Police Cooperative, our commitment to proactive policing, community partnerships, and strategic enforcement continues to make a measurable impact.
We are proud to share significant reductions in violent crime across our communities compared to 2024:
🔹 Violent Crime overall: DOWN 43.31%
🔹 Aggravated Assault: DOWN 52.43%
🔹 Robbery: DOWN 47.06%
🔹 Sexual Assault: DOWN 14.29%
These accomplishments reflect the hard work, dedication, and professionalism of our officers, staff, and the support of the residents we proudly serve every day.
While there is always more work to do, these numbers show what can be achieved when law enforcement and community work together toward a common goal: safer neighborhoods for everyone.
