Today we created a memorial for one of our own Deputy Dennis Boyd may you rest in internal peace. Mr. Boyd’s family joined us at the Civil Courts to view the memorial. Feel free to stop by and pay your respect. Flowers around the memorial is acceptable. Keep our Sheriffs Office in your prayers.

I am deeply saddened to learn of the tragic loss of one of our own, Deputy Dennis Boyd. He was a brave St. Louis City deputy who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving and protecting our community. During this challenging time, my heart goes out to the deputy’s family, friends, and fellow officers. We honor the courage and commitment shown daily by those who risk their lives to keep us and our city safe. Please keep hero Boyd and his loved ones in your thoughts and prayers. May Dennis rest in peace.🙏🏽
