Motherhood is beautiful—but it’s also hard. If you’re craving connection and compassion (not perfection), join the J's Family Center at the J in Chesterfield for the NEW Mom’s Support Circle with Jessica Manela Litwack, MSW. It's a FREE weekly group designed for moms of young children.

Led by MSW and pediatric sleep coach Jessica Manela Litwack (Haven Sleep Solutions), this professionally guided circle offers a safe space to share stories, vent, and learn tools for navigating the emotional side of motherhood—identity shifts, boundaries, mom guilt, and self-compassion. Plus, get practical tips for sleep and other real-life struggles.
