Join us for a Wheels Night after school on the Wilkinson playground Friday, May 8. Bring your bikes, scooters and skates and roll around with your friends from 4 to 6. After all that wheeling, you can cool off with some Kona ice and refuel with food from Street Dogz. Wheels night is free, but please bring $$ for Kona and Street Dogz.

PTO loves Wilkinson teachers! We wanted to update you on the ways we've shown appreciation for them this year; we've been using funds many of the fundraisers you've all participated in!

In August/September, we had Insomnia cookies delivered and surveyed teachers about their favorites. [Find their lists here: https://wilkinson-staff-favorites.glide.page]

In October, we provided Felix's pizza, salad, and treats for dinner during parent/teacher conferences.

In November, we stocked the staff lounge with snacks, drinks, and K-Cups to show our thankfulness.

In December, we gave teachers donuts and scratch-off tickets as a holiday surprise.

In January, we brought the Travelin' Tom's Coffee Truck.

In February, we delivered Donut Drive In.

In March, we provided another Felix's pizza and salad dinner during spring conferences.

We have a couple more things planned for April and May to round out a year of love, thanks, and appreciation for the WONDERFUL WILKINSON TEACHERS AND STAFF!

Book Fair coming up!

We are so proud to celebrate one of our very own, Matthias Brown, for his incredible dedication to our school community! Over the past four years, Matthias and his family have gone above and beyond in their fundraising efforts, helping our PTO create meaningful experiences for all of our students.
To honor his commitment, we surprised him with a brand new bike—generously donated by Mike Weiss of Big Shark Bicycle Company 🚲💙

This act of kindness meant so much to our Wilkie Bear family. We are incredibly grateful to Mike Weiss and Big Shark for pouring into our students and helping us celebrate a young leader in such a special way.

Wow! Last night we wrapped alllllll the donated gifts for the Wilkie Bears on the holiday wishlist. We had a lot of fun and were amazed by the generosity of our Wilkinson community. Thanks to all who contributed. Many people donated clothes, shoes, and toys for students, and we collected over $600 to shop for open slots. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Now through December 19, 2025, families can register for an eWallet so their Wilkie Bears are ready to begin shopping at the Book Fair starting Monday, December 15th at 8:30 AM.

The Book Fair eWallet is a safe, convenient, cashless way for students to shop—and teachers can also use eWallet to help build their classroom libraries.

We kindly encourage all families to sign up for an eWallet as our preferred payment option.
