The transformation of the historic Koken Manufacturing Complex was years in the making. DeSales helped move the property toward its next chapter by acquiring the site, selling it to Rung for Women in 2018, and assisting with the approvals needed to establish its new campus.

It’s a reminder that community development often happens long before the finished project comes into view.
