This is Paul Witte! He is a therapist and clinical supervisor here at Monarch! ✨🧡 He’s a bit of a jack of all trades, master of…lots! 🤩 He works with kids, teens, adults, supervises practicum students, and counselors pursuing licensure, AND he plays in a band. 🎸

St. Louis is what it is today because of the Asian American and Pacific Islander cultures, stories, and communities here for 100+ years, 10 years, and those who are brand new to the region! 🦋

This month, we are grateful for and happy to celebrate the clients, staff, and families of AAPI backgrounds whose resilience, leadership, languages, traditions, and experiences enrich our organization every day.

People often ask us, why are you called Monarch? And there never really is one singular reason!
Of course, there’s that monarch butterflies are migratory creatures! 🌎💫
But it’s even more than that- it’s transformation, resilience, community, and opportunity.

Everyday we get to work with the most vibrant folks St. Louis has to offer. We are honored to be a part of their lives and their process. 🦋🧡

Meet Rana! She has occupied several roles at the agency and is loved by the masses. 💕 She is our Language Services Coordinator and fittingly, she speaks a whole bunch of languages! 🌎🤓
When she isn’t working, you can find her crafting, journaling, and trying new herbal teas and coffee drinks. ☕️🫖 When she is working, she’s rocking the best curls in the building.👩🏻‍🦱
