🚧 Construction Update 🚧

Construction is well underway on Saint Charles, Missouri - City Government's new City Hall and City Centre Complex! Concrete walls are poured, deck reinforcement is in full swing, and foundation prep is kicking off in the final corner of the building. The new City Hall will feature over 380 tons of structural steel.

NAVIGATE is proud to serve as Owner's Representative on this exciting project for the City of St. Charles. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue bringing this vision to life for the community!

Today we had the privilege of hearing from many individuals about what this facility truly means — for the patients in the surrounding community who will now have greater access to the medical and behavioral health services they deserve, and for the employees who will have a beautiful new space to learn, grow, and thrive in. This is so much more than a building. It is a commitment to the people of St. Louis.

NAVIGATE could not be more proud to have served as Owner's Representative and played a role in bringing this beautiful facility to life. What an incredible day for St. Louis! 🏥✨

NAVIGATE attended the 2026 Missouri Preservation Awards at the Missouri State Capitol earlier this month – and we couldn't be prouder of the project teams we had the privilege of working alongside. 🏛️

The City of Des Peres City Hall renovation received a Preserve Missouri Honor Award, one of just nine granted statewide. NAVIGATE served as Owner's Representative on the project, with Pattern Ives as architect and Aspire Construction as contractor.

The Cape Girardeau Historic Courthouse renovation was also recognized. NAVIGATE served as Design Criteria Consultant to the owner. Penzel Construction was the design build contractor and Treanor Architects served as the architect.

Preserving the civic landmarks that define Missouri communities – that's work worth celebrating. ✨

Big milestones underway at the City of Kirkwood, MO (Government) Community Center Ice Rink! 🧊⛸️ Our team is proud to serve as Owner's Representative on this exciting project. Here's what's happening on site right now — 11 miles of cold pipe have been laid, and a major concrete pour is coming up later this month! The new rink is truly taking shape. 👷

Stay tuned — we're on track for a mid-July 2026 completion and the Kirkwood community will have a brand new ice rink to enjoy!

🎉 Construction is underway in KC! 🎉

The Cass County Public Library – Harrisonville Branch recently broke ground, and we're excited to share a look at this exciting milestone for the Harrisonville community.

This 15,000 SF facility will feature a modern library, administrative offices, a community room, drop-off/pick-up window, and an outdoor patio. NAVIGATE is proud to serve as Owner's Representative as we work toward a 2027 completion.

🎉 Congratulations, St. Louis County 🎉

Today we celebrated the ribbon cutting of the new St. Louis County Police Department Precinct 2 and Intelligence Center, dedicated in honor of Detective Antonio Valentine — whose service and sacrifice will be remembered every time officers walk through these doors.

The ceremony highlighted just how important this facility will be for the region and the communities it serves, supporting critical operations and public safety for years to come.

Delivered ahead of schedule and under budget, this project reflects a true team effort. NAVIGATE is proud to have served as St. Louis County's Owner's Representative and to have helped bring this vision to life.
