SIBS St. Louis - Summer Institute for Training in Biostatistics
The St. Louis chapter is hosted by the Division of Biostatistics at Washington University in St. Louis's School of Medicine.
SIBS (Summer Insitute for Training in Biostatistics) is a 6 week all expense paid training program sponsored by the National Institutes of Health to introduce advanced undergraduate students, recent graduates and beginning graduate students to the field of biostatistics for the purpose of encouraging them to pursue careers in biostatitsics. It focuses on Biostatistics Research in Disease and Genetic Epidemiology (BRIDGE).
