Through our Clinical Case Management services, every Veteran in our program receives one-on-one weekly support. 🤝

With licensed clinicians and masters level social work students, our residents create personalized action plans built on evidence-based care that directly address the challenges that brought them to MOVE. Whether that's mental health, substance abuse, or a need for financial literacy, our case managers are prepared to support each Veteran's journey.
