Parents, caregivers, self-advocates, and community members are invited to share their feedback through an Emergency Preparedness Survey and focus group hosted by the Pediatric Pandemic Network (PPN) and Children’s National.

The goal is to help improve emergency preparedness resources and support safer, more inclusive emergency responses for children and youth with autism across the United States.

The St. Louis Office for Developmental Disability Resources is hiring Service Advocates to join the Targeted Case Management team!

DD Resources’ Targeted Case Management is an ongoing service that provides support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Our service advocates work with individuals and/or their guardians to identify specific needs and goals, develop a plan, and access available resources.

America's Birthday Parade is back on July 4th at 4PM!

Individuals with physical or developmental disabilities are invited to watch the parade from an accessible viewing area at the Spire Headquarters, located at 8th and Market Streets.

The Recreation Council of Greater St. Louis would like to thank the St. Louis Office for Developmental Disability Resources for their partnership in assisting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the City of St. Louis. At their May Board Meeting, DD Resources approved more than $162,000.00 in funding for recreation programs, overnight camps and adventures for fiscal year 2027.

The Recreation Council is honored to again be a funded partner of the St. Louis Office for Developmental Disability Resources. We are grateful for their support in helping people with disabilities make choices in recreation, that allow them to live their most enjoyable lives.

The St. Louis Office for Developmental Disability Resources (DD Resources) approved an investment in MERS Goodwill’s employment programs! This investment contributes to our Supported Employment long-term job retention services for individuals with an Intellectual or Developmental Disability (IDD), our Supported Living program, and Services for Extended Employment and Development (SEED).

In FY27, DD Resources approved $7,654,593 in total community investments working with over 25 organizations to support almost 1,600 individuals and families across St. Louis City. These publicly funded services help residents with IDD live more independently in an inclusive community that maximizes individual abilities. We can’t thank DDR enough for their commitment to our community and the individuals we serve!
