Veterans For Responsible Leadership is proud to endorse U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, JoAnna Mendoza, for the U.S. House to represent Arizona's 6th District. At just 17, she answered the call to serve, enlisting in the U.S. Navy before joining the U.S. Marine Corps. Her 20-year military career was defined by leadership, sacrifice, and service, marked by her role as a Marine Corps Drill Instructor, deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, and leading the next generation of Marines. Since leaving the military she has served as a nonprofit leader, veteran advocate, congressional staffer, and policy expert. There is no one more prepared and ready to lead and fight for the good people of Arizona than JoAnna Mendoza. VFRL is honored to support her candidacy.

Veterans for Responsible Leadership is proud to endorse U.S. Army Veteran, Seth Bodnar, for U.S. Senate to represent the great state of Montana. When Seth turned 18, he joined the military. As a West Point graduate, a Rhodes Scholar, and a Green Beret that deployed to Iraq he is someone that has lived a lifetime of selfless service to his state and his nation. He will be a strong, independent voice in the Senate and a champion for veterans issues like healthcare and ending reckless forever wars. VFRL is proud to support his candidacy.

Honored to have the endorsement of Veterans for Responsible Leadership. 🇺🇸

I flew three combat deployments as a Naval Aviator with the Black Aces. I know what it means to serve alongside people who put the mission and each other ahead of themselves. That's the kind of leadership our veterans deserve in Congress, and it's what they've been missing.

Too many veterans here in GA-07 have called their congressman for help and been left on their own. Veterans and military families need a representative who will pick up the phone, fight for their care, and think hard before sending another generation into a forever war.

To every member of Veterans for Responsible Leadership: thank you. You've already given so much to this country, and I don't take your trust lightly. I'll work every day to earn it.
