Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman Sam Graves (R-MO) and the Committee’s Ranking Member Rick Larsen (D-WA) released the text of the BUILD America 250 Act, a bipartisan, five-year surface transportation reauthorization bill: https://tinyurl.com/ms583vcz. The goal is for this bill to replace the current surface transportation authorization which expires on September 30, 2026.
