Due to the popularity of my previous Town Hall on the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA) application process, I will be hosting another town hall on this topic at the end of this month. We will have experts from St. Louis County Government and the County Library system on hand again to answer questions.
St. Louis Moms will also have volunteers there to help people get applications started and answer questions.
This event is open to the public regardless of which council district they live in.

Joshua David Kramme, from Troop 631 out of St. Mark Presbyterian Church, earned the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout in December 2025, and had his Court of Honor last week. This is a significant achievement representing dedication, leadership, and commitment to the values of the Boy Scouts of America. I was proud to present him with a resolution from the St. Louis County Council honoring his achievement.
Joshua's eagle project was to build two benches made from recycled materials to be placed around his brotherโs Eagle projectโa Little Free Libraryโin the Oakleigh Woods Subdivision.
He held many leadership positions within the Troop and earned numerous other achievement awards while working his way up through the scouting ranks.
It is encouraging to see young people take on personal responsibility and leadership roles, and achieve the goals they set for themselves. They are the touch stone of strong communities and the future of America.
Congratulations Joshua!
