⚓️ FROM SECOND CLASS TO ENSIGN! 🇺🇸💪
Fairwinds and Following Seas to ENS Decker! Her journey is proof that hard work, dedication, and a commitment to service can take you places. She arrived as a Second Class Petty Officer, earned her nursing degree, and took the next step in her Navy career by earning her Commission as an Officer!
Now, she’s off to Officer Development School (ODS) to sharpen her leadership skills, learn the responsibilities of being a Commissioned Officer, and prepare for the next mission.
Different rank. New chapter. Same commitment to serve.
ENS Decker, thank you for being part of our team. We’re proud of all you’ve accomplished and look forward to seeing you continue to lead and serve! ⚓️🇺🇸

THE WORK SHOWS. THE GROWTH SHOWS. THE SUCCESS SHOWS. ⚓️

FY26 is officially in the books, and what a year it was. We set goals, chased them down, and watched our people rise to the occasion! From multiple team members qualifying for the Advanced Recruiter Board, to one of our own earning their DLCPO qualification, and several Civilian of the Month recognitions.
Different roles. Different journeys. One team full of people committed to getting better and making an impact.
As a TEAM we stepped up, challenged ourselves and each other, and grew along the way.
Proud of what we accomplished. Even prouder of the people who made it happen.
Here’s to closing a chapter and carrying that momentum into the next one. 🇺🇸⚓️💪

⚓️ A NEW CHAPTER OF SERVICE 🇺🇸
We recently had the honor of commissioning LTJG Nikki Long into the U.S. Navy Nurse Corps! 🩺⚓️
Surrounded by family, LTJG Long marked this monumental moment as she officially began her journey of service to our Navy and our Nation.
Standing beside her were her husband, Charles, an Air Force veteran, her son Chayse, and daughters Charlie and August. Although they couldn’t be there in person, her older son Charles Jr. and daughter Arianna were there in spirit. Arianna carries on the family tradition of service as a Navy Sailor herself. 🇺🇸⚓️
From one generation of service to the next, the Long family represents the heart of what it means to serve.
Congratulations, LTJG Long, and welcome to the Navy Nurse Corps! We are honored to have you on the team. 🩺🇺🇸⚓️

How it started… ➡️ How it ended. ⚓️🇺🇸
Congratulations to our newly pinned Chiefs! 🎉
From Selectees to THE CHIEF, these four Sailors spent six weeks forging themselves into something greater, challenging one another, building trust, embracing the responsibility of leadership, and earning the anchors now worn on their collars.
The journey was demanding. And the responsibility is just beginning. ⚓️💪
Congratulations FCC Butler, NCC Detwiler, HMC Czapla and NCC Marlen!
