Tonight the OST hosted a pre ship event for our PLC 2nd Increment shippers. Less than 24 hours from now, they will be aboard Brown Field ready to embark on their 6 week journey as part of the process to become Marine Corps Officers🇺🇸 Good luck to all and go get some💪 Thank you to for coming by speaking some words of strong wisdom to our future leaders🫡

Meet your new Officer Selection Officer 🇺🇸
Captain Cody Jones has just stepped on as the new Officer Selection Officer in St. Louis, MO. He is originally from Charleston, SC, graduated from the University of South Carolina, and is a 7204 Low Altitude Air Defense (LAAD) Officer. He comes to us from 2d LAAD Bn, MCAS Cherry Point, NC. He is excited and motivated to be aboard and is ready to answer any questions you may have about becoming a Marine Corps Officer! Ooh Rah💪

Eventful run at the Armed Forces 1/2 Marathon - someone moved the halfway marker, so we did an extra 1.5 miles for Chesty 💀 the Marines definitely had the best aid station 🦅🌎⚓️

Marine officer pay is highly competitive for new college graduates AND the leadership experience that comes along with it is unmatched.

Mini-OCS weekend was a success! From 21 - 23 April, our applicants and candidates got to experience a weekend aboard Camp Dodge, Iowa in which they ran a PFT, learned the basics of close order drill, executed a Leadership Reaction Course (LRC), Small Unit Leader Evaluation (SULE), confidence course, and gained some valuable advice from the OCS staff! If you think you may have what it takes to lead Marines, contact our office!
