What's next for the implementation of Missouri's adult-use ma*****na law? Just 30 days ago, Missouri voters approved Amendment 3 to the Missouri Constitution. Two days later, our team published draft program rules. Today, the law took effect and we are in the process of finalizing the program rules.

NEWS: DHSS publishes draft rules for Missouri’s adult use cannabis program. Following the majority of Missourians' vote on Tuesday to adopt Constitutional Amendment 3, we have published the first draft of program rules for adult use of cannabis for those ages 21 and up in Missouri.
