Join the neighborhood planning team for an interactive Open House to review the draft neighborhood plan for Baden & North Pointe.
The City of St. Louis Planning & Urban Design Agency, along with the Plan Area 3 consultant team, invites you to attend an interactive Open House on Wednesday, February 4th, 2026 at the North Park United Methodist Church.
This public event will include interactive stations to review the draft neighborhood plan for Baden and North Pointe. Attendees will be able to review and give feedback on the visions, goals, and strategies that have been informed by community engagement activities and outreach over the past year.
Topics that are covered include:

💼 Economic Development
🎨 Arts, Culture & Community
🌱 Sustainability & Resilience
🛝 Public Space, Architecture & Design
🚌 Transportation & Mobility
This event will serve as the kick-off of the final public review phase of the neighborhood plan before planned adoption by the Planning Commission in April 2026. All community members and stakeholders are encouraged to attend to share their feedback and find out about ways they can get involved in implementation!

Alongside networking, attendees also had the chance to vote on the changes they want to see in their neighborhoods—helping shape the future of Baden–North Pointe through real community voice and participation.

Join us and Pocketparks on Saturday, October 11 at the Baden Pocket Park Placemaking Blitz Day -- a day of community, creativity, and gardening 🌱! Volunteers will help plant new greenery and garden beds to transform an underutilized greenspace into a vibrant and welcoming community hub.
No experience is necessary. We'll provide gloves, supplies, and a light breakfast to kick off the day! This is family-friendly, community event, so bring your friends and loved ones.

Baden and North Pointe Community Members,
You’re invited to a bus tour to visit successful projects around the City of St. Louis that may offer inspiration and insights for ideas proposed in the Baden-North Pointe Neighborhood Plan.
Please join us in person for this interactive bus tour. We’ll visit a few different sites to see relevant projects and talk about how they were funded and implemented. The tour will be led by members of the neighborhood planning consultant team. We will also be joined by city staff and some of the partners involved in the successful implementation of these projects to learn how they did it.
This is your next chance to hear updates on the neighborhood planning initiative, meet and engage with the planning team, share your ideas, and help shape the future of your neighborhoods.
